Therapy is an invitation! An invitation to slow down and to listen to what’s going on inside of you.

Therapy is a healing journey that should begin with a safe, comfortable and caring therapeutic relationship. It is my privilege to create that environment for my clients, so that you can begin to explore your present and past hurt as we collaboratively begin walking into the healing of the future. I believe that my clients should guide their healing in order to develop a deeper understanding of who they are. My role in this process is to help facilitate this journey as my clients move towards hope, healing and a deeper understanding of who they are.

I welcome couples, individuals of all ages and families to my practice. Like most therapists, I work from an integrative perspective combining elements of cognitive behavior therapy, dialectic behavior therapy, emotion focused therapy, mindfulness, internal family systems as well as attachment therapy.
